We do not guarantee interviews, job offers, or hiring outcomes. The Service is a tool to assist your job search, not a recruiting agency.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
4. Subscription & Payment Terms
a. Free Tier
Includes basic auto-fill features. Limited usage may apply.
b. Paid Subscriptions
Premium plans offer advanced features (e.g., auto-apply to jobs). Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled prior to the billing cycle. Prices are subject to change with prior notice.
c. Refunds and Cancellations
All purchases, including subscription payments, are non-refundable, unless otherwise required by applicable law. By subscribing to Seamless Apply, you acknowledge that:
- You are responsible for cancelling your plan before the next billing cycle if you do not wish to be charged.
- Partial refunds for unused subscription time are not provided.
- If you experience a service issue, you may contact support@joinseamless.io, and we will make reasonable efforts to resolve it, but this does not guarantee a refund.
In jurisdictions that require a cooling-off period or refund policy (e.g., California, EU), we will comply with those obligations.
5. User Responsibilities
By using Seamless Apply, you agree not to:
- Upload inaccurate, misleading, or false information
- Use the Service for any illegal, abusive, or fraudulent activity
- Reverse engineer, scrape, or disrupt the Service or its APIs
- Share access to paid plans or your account credentials
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access for any violation of these Terms.

7. Third-Party Sites & Job Boards
Seamless Apply interacts with third-party job sites and platforms but is not affiliated with them. We are not responsible for the functionality, content, or accuracy of any third-party services.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your data.
9. Disclaimers
- We do not guarantee job placement, interviews, or hiring outcomes.
- The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
- We are not liable for errors in submitted job applications, including incorrect or outdated information provided by the user.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Seamless Apply shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid (if any) in the 12 months prior to the claim.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Seamless Apply harmless from any claims, losses, or damages (including legal fees) resulting from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Service.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our sole discretion, with or without notice, including if we believe you have violated these Terms.
You may cancel your account at any time by contacting support or via your account dashboard.

14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the jurisdiction of courts located in Atlanta, GA.
